Yoga Meditation Breath work Reiki
In my classes, I create a holistic student experience with a gentle approach by combining the practices of Yoga, Meditation and Reiki Energy Healing. I tailor each Yoga session to meet your individual needs as a student by providing an environment where you can cultivate strength and flexibility while Meditation and Reiki Sessions are designed to bring you a sense of calmness and balance.
Vinyasa Yoga, the fluid transition from one pose to another, forms the core of my teaching practice. I also incorporate Myofascial Meridian Sequencing in order to balance, strengthen, and increase mobility and flexibility. These techniques work to free you from static movement patterns both on and off the mat.
Hatha Yoga is a traditional form of yoga that focuses on static poses (asanas) and breath control (pranayama). It emphasizes the balance between strength and flexibility, as well as the alignment of the body. It's a great practice for beginners and advanced alike and it offers a foundation for other styles of yoga.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga where poses are primarily seated or reclined, and held for longer durations typically for 3 to 5 minutes or more. It targets the deep connective tissues of the body, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia, with the aim of increasing circulation, flexibility, and joint mobility.
Pranayama is the art of breath control. In these sessions, you will learn to control your breath to regulate the flow of vital energy within the body. Through the practice of deep breathing, slow breathing, and variations of each, you can purify your body, calm your mind, and experience a sense of well-being.
Meditation is a transformative practice through guided sessions in a supportive space to quiet the noise of the external world.
